Abstract

The author states the twofold approach to ensure success of the organisational change in Australia. He says that a successful change needs that individuals change the way they think and behave, and modify the systems and procedures being used in organisations. He also states the need for more information, skills and resources to inspire people to behave in new ways in order to allow change. In his view, changes will not happen unless the systems are altered and the desired thinking and behaviour are adopted in the organisational culture.
