Abstract
Introduction: Deconditioning earns a classification of its own under the Australasian Rehabilitation Outcome Centres' impairment coding guidelines, but little is known about this population. To provide patient-centred rehabilitation services, there is a need to understand who these patients categorised as deconditioned are and what are their clinical characteristics.
