N2 - The importance of cyber, both as a distinct war-fighting domain and as support for the other war-fighting domains, is now well established. Australian defence doctrine recognises this and is continuously being adjusted accordingly. A strong characteristic of the cyber domain is its deep integration in, and partial dependence on, civilian structures including many under the control of the private sector.
