Abstract

In Mclnt~re v Nemesis DBK Ltd [2009] NZCA 329, the Court of Appeal (O'Regan, Robertson and Arnold JJ;
judgment given by O'Regan J) made some interesting remarks in connection with the private law duress doctrine, particularly concerning the category of economic duress.
