Abstract
This paper considers legal issues associated with businesses refusing service to same-sex partners, and organisations representing same-sex individuals. There have been cases in each jurisdiction where an owner of a business has, due to genuinely-held religious convictions, refused to provide a service to a same-sex couple, individual or organisation representing same-sex individuals. This article compares them.
