Abstract
When it comes to the topic of doctors with disabilities, there are important reasons why it's important for us to be an inclusive profession. As of 2022, according to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, about one in six Australians have a disability. Anecdotally, the representation of doctors with disability within the profession is far less.
