Abstract
Inspired by a true story, "The last Drawing" depicts the horrors of domestic violence. Joseph is a young man, he makes a living from drawing people's faces on the street. When Joseph was a child he witnessed some events that marked him forever. As a grown up Joseph tries to move forward in life, however, the ghosts of his past keep coming back to him. Joseph often escapes into a fantasy world where he revives the memories of his past by painting them to solve the puzzle and to find its truth. Searching for this truth, Joseph visits his mother; she confesses her secret to him, a secret that she believes will set them both free. Struck by the discovery, Joseph prepares himself for his final masterpiece.
