Abstract
An alternative to the Proportional Hazards Model (PHM) called the Inverse Proportional Hazards Model (IPHM) is proposed for the regression modelling of censored data and it is shown that it shares the desirable properties of PHM such as • easy estimation, • no model for the underlying hazard is required, • easy incorporation of covariate information. © 1991.
