A powerful effective circuit system that holds true to physiology principles with a means of training a variety of fitness levels from beginners to elite (As well as being an effective transition form aerobics to weight training for clients). For the gym owner a means of catering for high numbers of clients utilising little equipment and floor space, providing variety with every session.
