Abstract

This article explores the influence of positive and negative user reviews on our judgments about which things to buy, what TV to watch, and what games to play. The benefits of using reviews to improve serious education games through crowdsourcing reviews from the online game distribution system STEAM, is explored in a time of review bombing.
