Abstract
Discusses how images uploaded onto social networks are at risk of being misused by third parties, and how such re-use is regulated by Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Reviews the different types of licensing clauses used by each network, their approaches to sharing and disclosure, how these affect the use of personal images, and the ways in which users may lose control of shared images. Details the similar termination terms used by each network.
