Abstract
As is known, the construction industry plays a significant role in absorbing labor force as an effective employment countermeasure in most countries. Thus the construction industry is highly dependent on its laborers and ought to seek for their benefits. It reveals the fundamentality of construction labor-service management, which has gradually been recognized as an urgent issue in China recently regarding project objectives and further harmonious relationship between the construction industry and society.
