PBFJ editorial – A declaration about responsible science

This short editorial piece makes a clear statement about the role and importance of “responsible science” – both generally, but also specifically for the future publishing ambitions of the Pacific-Basin Finance Journal. In so doing, the editorial emphasizes the three core elements of responsible science: (a) credible research – delivering reliable knowledge; (b) relevant research – delivering useful knowledge; and (c) independent research – delivering unbiased knowledge.
