Abstract
n recent years there has been a revolutionary approach in business, governments and industry due to advances in computer technology and efficient statistical methods. This paper examines and offers practical suggestions for those in human resource improvement in output quality and the workplace atmosphere in light of Deming’s principles of human resource management.
