Abstract
The author reflects on her journey of becoming an international medical educator that began in April 2005 at the United Arab Emirates (UAE) University. The author said it was one of the best decisions she made as she had a different experience, adventure, and research opportunities as she is able to travel to places she never had dreamt of visiting. The author along with her colleagues came across to study what it means to be an international educator.
