Abstract

Understanding the legal framework for banking insolvency in two of the world's largest economies is important for researchers, investors and policymakers alike, especially in the wake of the global pandemic where there is an increased risk of bank insolvencies around the world. New Bank Insolvency Law for China and Europe leverages the expertise of scholars in both juris- dictions to provide an in-depth analysis of key challenges and issues faced by insolvent financial institutions, making all three volumes valuable resources in examining and comparing both jurisdictions.
