Abstract
We welcome the results of the 3D study (July 7, 2018, p 41),1 exploring an alternative approach for people with multiple long-term conditions. The authors accurately describe the challenges that these patients experience. The study did not improve the primary outcome of quality of life,
but we urge caution against dismissing person-centredness.
