Abstract

Medicinal cannabis may assist in managing pain, sleep, and fatigue
experienced by many cancer survivors. This study aimed to examine existing evidence on the safety and efficacy of medicinal cannabis, compared to any control, on pain, sleep, and fatigue in cancer survivors.
