Abstract

Members of a community require a set of conditions to pursue
their objectives and recognize their values. These conditions foster
collaboration within the community and facilitate participation in the
basic aspects of well-being and human flourishing. In this sense, tools
that promulgate information across the community have significant
value. Accordingly, internet access can be instrumental in connecting individuals, gaining information, and sharing values. These functions turn the nature of internet access from a simple network into a fundamental right.
