Abstract

This is a guide to support law students studying land law. It provides an overview of key concepts covered in the undergraduate law degree, to accompany students’ in depth reading. The guide contains resources such as slides, diagrams and quizzes to enable students to test their understanding. While focussed on Queensland law, it canvasses topics of interest across Australian jurisdictions. The topics are linked by an approach considering the role of the law in supporting sustainability
