Abstract

Human Kallikrein-related peptidase 15, also called prostin or prostinogen, ACO protease and HSRNASPH [1], is the most recently identified member of the human kallikrein 1 and related peptidase family and was independently discovered by two groups in 2001. Using molecular cloning and bioinformatic predication tools,
Yousef et al. [2] identified KLK15 in a BAC clone that extended more centromerically (BC 781134) from KLK3.
