Abstract

Those of us who follow the work of Professor Lee Bygrave of University of Oslo have had a wonderful period lately. In addition to a range of highly interesting journal articles such as Information Concepts in Law: Generic Dreams and Definitional Daylight (Oxford J Legal Studies (Spring 2015) 35 (1)), his book Data Privacy: An International Perspective (OUP) was published January 2014 and this year he published Internet Governance by Contract (OUP) – which is the book under review here.
