Abstract

Nowadays, non-communicable diseases are the most common reasons for about two-thirds of the all deaths globally. In 2008, the global deaths were estimated ~69% were due to non-communicable diseases [1]. China itself attributed ~70% of the total non-communicable disease burden and increasing day by day. The World Health Organization (WHO) propose to provide a proactive, patient-centered, community-based and sustainable primary healthcare to patients with non-communicable diseases. This becomes a global public health priority and WHO goal is to reduce 25% non-communicable diseases mortality by 2025.
