Abstract

Homicide examines the incidence and prevalence of homicide in major western nations, covering the biological, psychological and social roots of homicide from genetic and evolutionary perspectives, but also considering emotions and the influence of peers. Different types of homicide are discussed, with final chapters covering tactics for investigation and homicide prevention.
