Abstract

Evidence is presented for heterogeneity in the expression of H-2Kk determinants specific for two monoclonal antibodies, H100-30.R3 and 11-4.1. Heterogeneity was detectable by differences in cellular distribution on thymocytes and activated T cells, but not by sequential immunoprecipitation or differential redistribution studies. This result contrasts with earlier evidence of heterogeneity, demonstrable by these latter methods, between H-2Kk determinants specific for H100-30.R3 and another antibody, H100-27.R9.
