Abstract

The material presented in this thesis covers various aspects of
the nature and expression of the major histocompatibility antigens in
mouse, the H-2 antigens, and the experimental work has involved
serological analysis of antigen expression in both homozygous and F1
hybrid mice using both alloantiserurn preparations and several monoclonal anti-H-2 antibodies.
