Abstract

The article focuses on the role of the law teachers and educators in providing better guidelines to the law students for avoiding their failures in the legal practice. Topics discussed include drafting of the legal documents, proper language for drafting an instrument and drafting skills of the lawyers. It also discusses the need of proper navigation of the law while drafting a legal instrument.
