Abstract
Mental health services are increasingly recognised as essential components of overall healthcare. This recognition also includes mental health law, which captures legal problems in the mental health system (such as treatment orders and visitation) as well as other legal problems which may be exacerbated by mental health challenges (such as employment law and tenancy disputes).
