Abstract

This paper provides insights into how Australian teachers are prepared for and engage in applying classroom management practices to create safe and supportive learning environments, as well as detailing students' experiences within these settings. Additionally, the paper summarises the evidence on effective classroom management strategies for promoting engaged classrooms. It further outlines the foundational resources designed to bolster classroom management and sheds light on AERO's future plans in this space.
