Abstract
This special track for SAC 2022 seeks for submissions that can share technical ideas and experiences related to the implementation and applications of computational intelligence, video & image analysis, and even to knowledge system and artificial intelligence-oriented learning.
Although all of these areas have made huge progress in the past decade, new ideas are always emerging. This track seeks for practical applications in these areas. This year we received 19 full research paper submission from many different countries and institutions. After the reviewing process, we were allowed to accept only 5 full papers and 2 poster papers, which is equivalent to 26% acceptance rate for the full papers. The main benefit of conferences is the exchange of new ideas and the demonstration of the usage of old ideas. These exchanges have a huge benefit to the academic environment, both in research and in education. The success of the track and ultimately of the conference relies on the volunteer work done by the authors and by the committee members. The authors worked hard on their research and made the effort to summarise their ideas and experiments in a few pages. The committee members used their own
time to make it possible to organise the submissions, review and finalised the publication process.
