Abstract
The international team of authors working at the Czech Cybercrime Centre of Excellence C4e has come together to comprehensively interpret the issues of jurisdiction, sovereignity, state responsibility, the use of force in cyberspace, critical infrastructure, artifici al intelligence, certification and electronic evidence. The Cybersecurity Casebook provides a comprehensive overview of legislation, case law and specific discussions about many important areas of cyber security.
