Abstract
The availabililty of medical services and products online (telemedicine) creates serious regulatory challenges. Those challenges are complex where the provider and receiver are in the same country, and even more complex when the provider is not in the same country as the recipient. Focusing on Australian law, this paper examines the regulatory challenges associated with cross-border telemedicine.
