Abstract
Innovation is actively pursued by most organizations, and they are often challenged in its implementation. In this chapter, the authors outline a project-oriented approach to delivering and optimizing innovation. They use a hospital point-of-care testing project to illustrate how innovation can be delivered with a project-oriented approach.
