Abstract

The paper sets out a framework within which the client and contractor perceptions of project performance can be assessed. This assessment takes place within the context of the procurement forms presently available within the UK and in the field of Industrial building. The components of the framework are examined and some preliminary results are presented along with some longer term aims.
