Abstract

After the great disaster in East Japan and it’s recovery process, CM operations which support the planning and ordering of the reconstruction of town and land are growing and spreading. In the author’s experience engaged in the reconstruction business as CM, author’s experience engaged in the reconstruction business as CM, the authors are enlightened that the human relationship between the orderer i.e. the self-governing body and CMR has greatly affected the CM business. In this study, we analyzed the motivation of CMR using the motivation theory (expectation theory and internal motivation) and discussed the business framework of CM.
