Abstract

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the world's leading authority on climate
science, concluded that it is extremely likely that human influence has been the dominant cause of the observed warming since the mid-20th century. Our contribution to the current climate crisis is undeniable. The impacts of climate change are already being felt around the world, and are expected to become more severe in the future.
