Abstract

This toolkit aims to improve outcomes for CLC clients by increasing awareness of legal assistance videoconferencing and strengthening processes for videoconferencing within CLCs. Accordingly, this toolkit is divided into two parts – the first is directed towards building awareness within the sector of the barriers to legal assistance videoconferencing, and the second provides template processes for addressing those barriers.
