Abstract
Since the first edition was published in 1993, Keay's Insolvency has been an essential text for Australian insolvency practitioners and law students.1 The eleventh edition of the text, published in late 2022, provides a substantial revision that takes into account changes implemented in response to the COVID-19 financial crisis and the 2019 personal insolvency debt agreement reforms.2 This review first provides an overview of the structure of the text, and then provides an overview of select changes in the 11th edition.
