Abstract

A price competitive bidding such as designated bidding has been adapted on local public works in Japan. However price competition gets more serious, a lot of bidder rival companies make bits near the lower limit price. In this paper an attempt is made to analyze each contractor's management, whose indices are cash flow and stock, in the present competitive bidding-contract system by using the Simulation Model (Sustainable Management Model), to propose some measures for these serious problems.
