Adrenoceptor subtypes regulating urothelial spontaneous contraction

Research output: Contribution to conferenceAbstractResearch

Abstract

The urothelium (urothelium and suburothelium) develops spontaneous contractions but the extent to which this influences detrusor activity is not known, yet it expresses a range of receptors which may contribute towards maintaining normal continence.
