    Abstract

    In January 2019, Bond University Library started working through the transition from Primo Back Office to Primo VE. At the end of April 2019, it launched hardly noticed by customers, with only minor inconvenience for library staff and requiring very little fanfare. In this session, you will hear 5 things of note from Bond’s experience.
