Abstract
In 2020-2021, with the China-Australia relationship deteriorating into a 'cold war 2.0', Australia's agricultural export to China was severely affected by the rising tariffs and other trade restrictions. The paper identifies and examines the economic, political, and legal challenges facing the Australia agricultural sector. It further proposes two important solutions to resolve the trade disputes between China and Australia.
