Description
The overarching aim of this project is to understand the medical registrar research development journey. More specifically it aims to understand the college expectations of medical and surgical registrars completing their respective college programs. This will help identify any potential areas for research and EBP development support by health institutions.
Project Aims
Our primary aim is to explore the Evidence Based Practice (EBP) and research training requirements, as stated and intended by the Colleges, and explore the nature of the intended graduate outcomes regarding EBP and research.
