Skye’s research focuses on evidence-based practice in dietetics and health services; and is targeted to the specific fields of ageing nutrition, gastroenterology, oncology, and bariatrics. Skye’s specialist research skills include systematic reviews, nutrition screening and assessment studies, and hospital-based original research.
