Personal profile

Research interests

My vision is for all emerging dietitians in Australia to be skilled in behaviour change science. Providing these skills will help dietitians to support patients in forming and sustaining healthy dietary behaviours.
I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and I completed my PhD in 2021, where I researched the application of behaviour change theories and techniques in dietetic practice at individual, practitioner and university levels. My interests include health behavioural change, dietetics education, health promotion and qualitative research.
