My research interests centre on human anatomy, musculoskeletal health, and the impact of exercise and nutrition on bone and body composition across the lifespan. I am particularly interested in women's health, including the effects of lifestyle interventions on skeletal health during peri-menopause. My work also explores the integration of medical education, with a focus on curriculum design, student learning experience, and leadership development in healthcare. I value interdisciplinary collaborations that contribute to improved health outcomes and educational practice.
I welcome HDR students who are interested in research related to musculoskeletal health, exercise physiology, women’s health, and anatomy education. I am particularly keen to supervise projects that examine lifestyle factors influencing bone and body composition or those exploring innovations in health education and leadership development within medical training. I support students who bring curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for research with real-world impact.
