Research interests
I have broad professional experience as a solicitor in private legal practice in commercial and property law. In my academic career, I have published extensively on Land Law, Planning Law and Complementary Medicine and the law. I have a research interest in Medicine and the Law, with a focus on complementary and alternative medicine and law and ethics. This interest is reflected in the textbook Law and Ethics in Complementary Medicine Allen and Unwin (4th edition 2011).
I have a focus on general issues in property law, focussing on torrens title, easements and the relevance of land law to mining and petroleum interests. In addition, I research in the area of industry regulation for Complementary and Alternative medicine
