Dr Lee has a PhD in Nutritional Psychiatry and is active in research areas in health promotion and lifestyle medicine, diet and mental health, body image and eating patterns, and the mental health of academics.
Dr Lee has published articles in areas such as dietary patterns and depression; plant-based diet and mental health, postpartum intuitive eating, body image satisfaction and psychological wellbeing; and occupational stress and mental health in academics.
