Research interests

I am a final year PhD candidate researching whole of diet approaches to mental health: dietary patterns and depression. I am currently active in research areas in health promotion and lifestyle medicine; nutritional psychiatry; intuitive and disordered eating; body image; and food and mood.

 I have published articles in areas such as: postpartum intuitive eating, body image satisfaction and psychological wellbeing; professional musician’s perceptions of mental health interventions; smokers perceptions of smoke-free health care settings; and occupational stress and wellbeing in academics.
