Dr Lee has a PhD in nutritional psychiatry and is active in research areas in health promotion and lifestyle medicine; intuitive and disordered eating; body image; and food and mood.
Dr Lee has published articles in areas such as dietary patterns and depression; plant-based diet and mental health, postpartum intuitive eating, body image satisfaction and psychological wellbeing; and occupational stress and mental health in academics.
