Research interests
I am interested in the conceptual foundations of medical education particularly around the learning of non-technical skills such as communication, wellbeing, professionalism and health advocacy. This involves synthesis of existing literature into models designed to inform practice. I lead a communication group with collaborators at Deakin University and Gold Coast University Hospital. Iam also part of an international collaboration (AMEE) to develop a course for CPD educators.
