Personal profile

Research interests

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Senior Teaching Fellow at Bond University, and currently completing my PhD in dietetic education. Specifically, I am exploring how dieticians are prepared for the workforce, and which strategies can enhance a dietitian's preparedness to practice.

Prior to being an academic, I worked as a dietitian in the food industry conducting nutrition research and providing nutrition advice to multinational companies.

My research interests lie in dietetic education and corporate nutrition.
